What counts as a conversation?
One conversation = one chat session. A session can have many messages. If the same visitor reopens the chat, it counts as one conversation until they close their browser tab.
What happens when I hit the limit?
The chatbot pauses for the rest of the month. It shows a friendly message to visitors. On the first of next month, the counter resets automatically. You can upgrade anytime to keep going.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes - no contracts, no cancellation fees. One click in settings and you're back to the Free plan immediately. We hate dark patterns.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
The Free plan is effectively a trial - use it as long as you want before deciding. We're working on a Pro trial period, coming soon.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet - monthly only for now. Annual plans with a discount are on our roadmap.
Can I use Blurt for multiple clients?
Pro gives you 3 chatbots under one account. For agencies managing many clients, reach out to hello@getblurt.app and we'll find a solution.
