Create your Blurt account

Copy your embed code
From your bot's dashboard page, click "Copy embed code". You'll get a script tag that looks like: <script src="https://getblurt.app/widget.js" data-bot-id="..."></script>
Option A: Use a plugin (easiest)
Install any "Header Footer Code" plugin (e.g., "Insert Headers and Footers" by WPCode - free). Go to Settings → WPCode → Header & Footer → paste your script tag in the Footer section → Save.
Option B: Edit your theme directly
In WordPress admin: Appearance → Theme File Editor → find footer.php or your active theme's footer file → paste the script tag just before the </body> closing tag → Update File.
Option C: Use Elementor or Divi
If using Elementor: open Site Settings → Custom Code → Add new code snippet → paste your script → set location to "End of <body>" → Save. For Divi: Divi → Theme Options → Integration → paste in "Body" area.
Visit your website
Reload your site in a new tab. You should see the Blurt chat button appear in the bottom-right corner within 30 seconds. Click it to test!
